DGS’s efforts to maintain a balance between environmental, social and economic issues are structured around six fundamental principles: respect for human rights and laws, commitment to environmental responsibility, integrity and loyalty in business, improving safety and working conditions, skills development and continuing education, as well as innovation and the search for excellence.
These principles are broken down into three main areas of action: a strong environmental commitment, manifested through practices such as reducing waste and raising awareness of responsible consumption, a social and societal commitment aimed at balancing the professional and personal lives of employees as well as respect for diversity and inclusion, and finally, a didactic commitment focused on training and continuing professional development.
